Kaiser-Hickey is President/CEO of Douglass Screen Printers, Inc. and has served in many civic and volunteer leadership roles and is currently Immediate Past President of the National Association of Women Business Owners.  Fagan serves as Market President for Fifth Third Bank.  He is also very involved with the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce as a member of their board of directors, a Chamber Trustee and has served as co-chair for EMERGE Lakeland.  Noris, President/CEO of Bank of Central Florida is active in the community and served as Chairman of the Board for the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce and the Lakeland Chamber Foundation.  Saxena is President of ASC geosciences and currently serves the community as Chairman of the board for the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce.
